Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all AJ FITS orders. There is no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
Delivery: typically 3–7 business days across India.
Remote pin codes: may take an additional 2–3 days.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also track it from our Track Order page using your order number.

Payment — prepaid only

AJ FITS does not offer cash on delivery. Prepaid orders keep our logistics costs down, which is exactly what lets us offer free shipping to everyone. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it if the parcel has not been dispatched. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier.
