Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will help you change the size, address or cancel it entirely.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and save your addresses for next time.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 days across India. Remote pin codes may take a couple of days longer.

Yes — shipping is free on every order across India. There is no minimum spend and no hidden charges at checkout.

At the moment we ship within India only. Follow us on Instagram — we will announce international shipping there first.

We do not offer returns or cash refunds. What we do offer is a free 7-day exchange from the date of delivery — swap for a different size or another style. Items must be unworn, unwashed and sent back with the original tags and packaging intact.

Every product page links to our size guide with garment measurements in inches. Our kurtis run true to size — if you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Most styles are available in M, L, XL and 2XL. Availability per size is shown on each product page — sold-out sizes appear crossed out.

No — AJ FITS is prepaid only. Keeping every order prepaid is what lets us offer free shipping on everything with no minimum spend. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.

Prepaid-only keeps our costs down, and we pass that straight back to you as free shipping on every order with no minimum spend. It also means fewer failed deliveries and faster dispatch.

Machine wash cold with like colours, do not bleach, and dry in shade to protect the colour. Warm iron on the reverse side. Silk pieces are best dry cleaned.

Our fabrics are colour-fixed, but as with all natural dyes we recommend washing the first time separately in cold water to be safe.
